PTRA VIRTUAL CONFERENCE DETAILS

We are excited to announce that PTRA has added a virtual component to our 49th Annual Conference! We hope this option makes our conference more accessible for our members and guests who are not yet able to travel – now you can join us virtually from the comfort of your own home! PTRA will be livestreaming a number of sessions and keynotes throughout the three-day event, take a look at the full list of virtual sessions by clicking the Virtual Conference Schedule button below.

Registration for the virtual conference also comes at a discount!

  • PTRA Members: $350
  • Non-Members: $500

Sponsorship Details
PTRA has also added Virtual Conference sponsorship opportunities, too! We have two great ways to get in front of both in-person and virtual attendees during the Annual Conference.

  1. Virtual Conference Sponsor: $200 (no limit)
    • Verbal recognition during welcome remarks on Thursday and closing remarks on Saturday
    • Company logo will be showcased prior to each session livestreamed for the virtual conference
  2. Virtual Conference Video Sponsor: $300 (9 available) - the deadline has passed to participate in this sponsorship opportunity.
    • Prepare 30-second video clip showcasing your company
    • Video clips will be promoted prior to one of the livestream sessions at the discretion of PTRA
    • 30-second video clips must be uploaded by Monday, April 19th
    • Any video over 30-seconds will be rejected

Virtual Conference Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of this conference and the flexibility it offers, no refunds will be honored for virtual registrations at any time. 

No refunds will be honored for exhibitor or sponsorship opportunities.
