Hotel Reservations - ROOM BLOCK SOLD OUT!
The PTRA room block at the Westin hotel is now full and standard prevailing rates set by the hotel will apply. You are welcome to call the hotel and inquire about a room as cancellations do occur (888-236-2427).
PTRA is recommending the Hampton Inn Hilton Head as an additional hotel option. Please note that PTRA does not have a group block at this hotel. The Hampton Inn is roughly 1.5 miles from the Westin hotel.

Manufacturer Workshop - Grow Sales with Reps
Join us for a special manufacturers' workshop at the upcoming PTRA Annual Conference in Hilton Head. This workshop will kick off on Saturday morning, April 27 and wrap up by noon on Sunday, April 28.
This workshop, administered and facilitated by MRERF/IPA, will provide tools for you manage an outsourced sales team. The Grow Sales with Reps workshop helps manufacturing business leaders overcome the most challenging aspects of managing rep firms, so you get the most from your rep relationships to grow sales and become more profitable.

Veterans Charity Volunteer Opportunity
PTRA is partnering with two organizations that help support our veterans in the local Hilton Head Island community. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of local Veterans. PTRA is looking for volunteers to donate their time on Wednesday, May 1st from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. If you cannot donate your time, there are other ways to support! Air Transportation
Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounts for PTRA Annual Conference attendees. Please book your air travel online here or you may also call Delta Meeting Network® at 1-800-328-1111. They are available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (EST) and refer to Meeting Event Code NM38V.
Guest may arrive at one of two airports that serve the area. The Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) or the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). The Hilton Head Island Airport is located on the island and just 5 minutes from the resort. The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is a scenic 50-minute ride to the resort.
Ground Transportation
The hotel does not offer a shuttle to/from the airport. Uber and Lyft are available along with other popular ground transportation methods that serve both Hilton Head Island and Savannah areas. Some suggestions are:

Golf Tournament
The PTRA Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, April 29th onsite and near the hotel at the Port Royal Golf Club Barony Course from 1:00 - 6:00 pm. More information about the course can be found in the conference brochure.
- Separate registration is required to participate in the golf tournament ($225pp)
- Registration for the golf tournament includes golf, golf cart, tournament fees, boxed lunch, and golf games.
- The course a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
- Golf Club rentals are not offered through the PTRA registration process. If you are planning to participate in the golf tournament and need to rent clubs, you may do so by reaching out to Jean Maldonado ([email protected]).
- Club rentals through the golf course are $60/each (+tax) and the number of rental sets is limited.
Guest Events
We are thrilled to continue to offer a guest program for attendees that want to bring someone to the conference. The guest registration fee includes participation in the charity walk on Monday, April 29th and the organized daytrip to historic Bluffton, SC on Tuesday, April 30th. In addition, guest registration includes daily breakfasts, the Guest Brunch, Welcome Reception, Closing Banquet, and access to keynote sessions. If this is your first time attending, you are invited to attend the First-Timers Reception on Sunday evening before the Welcome Reception. See the conference brochure for more details!
